Four kinds of room, and a straight answer on what each costs.
Every rate on this page includes breakfast for two, wifi, the airport transfer on arrival, use of the pool, loungers and towels, and the tourism levy.
Rates are per room per night in US dollars, for the 2026 to 2027 season. We accept dalasi at the day's rate.
Low season runs from 1 May to 31 October and rates drop by about 25%. The prices below are high season, so they are the worst you will pay.
An extra bed is $18 a night in any room except the bungalows. Under fives stay free in their parents' room. Cots are free and there are eight of them.
Garden Room
Twenty four square metres, king or twin, facing the garden. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, kettle, and a terrace with two chairs. Twenty six of them.
Sleeps two, or three with an extra bed. Shower, no bath. Ground floor rooms have step free access from the car park.
Sea View Room
Twenty eight square metres on the first and second floors, king bed, balcony facing the Atlantic. Bath and separate shower. Twenty four of them.
Sleeps two, or three with an extra bed. Rooms 201 to 208 have the widest view. There is no lift, so these are up one or two flights.
Family Suite
Forty six square metres. One bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, and two bathrooms. Twelve of them.
Sleeps four comfortably and five at a push. The kitchenette has no hob, which the fire officer insists on and we agree with.
Beach Bungalow
Six standalone bungalows on the sand, each with a private deck, an outdoor shower and a hammock. Ceiling fans and sea breeze rather than air conditioning.
Sleeps two. Adults and over twelves only, because they sit apart from the main buildings and are not overlooked. Book these early; they go first.
Booking, paying and changing your mind.
To hold a room we take a card as a guarantee but do not charge it. You pay on departure unless you ask to pay earlier.
Cancellation. Free up to seven days before you arrive. Inside seven days we charge the first night. A no show is charged the full stay. We do not make exceptions for one guest that we would not make for another, but we do make them for bereavement and for a cancelled flight, and we will not ask you to prove either.
Payment. Cash in dalasi, pounds, euros or dollars. Visa and Mastercard with a 3% fee that the bank charges us and we pass on at cost. No American Express. Bank transfer for stays over two weeks if you arrange it beforehand.
Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 11:00. Early check in is free if the room is ready, and it usually is before noon. Late check out to 18:00 is half the room rate.
